This course will help students to understand the role of business etiquette and international protocol in the modern business communication and negotiation activity, the nature of many differences in cross-cultural behaviour, the rules of organizing social and professional relations, collective and individual behaviour, etiquette as an international “language” and rules in fast changing international business communication, the types of etiquette depends on a region and country, the position of the people, the profession etc. The subject is intended to enhance the effectiveness of business activity conducted across borders.
